1. Parties
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BunchUp, a software-as-a-service platform ("Service") operated by Vareon IT ("Company", "we", "us"). 2. Service Description
BunchUp is a school management platform that enables educational institutions to manage students, batches, fee collection, attendance, and teacher accounts. The Service is provided as a subscription-based SaaS product.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
BunchUp is offered on a subscription basis with a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires a paid plan. • Payments are processed via Razorpay • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge • All prices are exclusive of GST
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security • Share login credentials with parties outside your institution • Misrepresent student or institutional data • Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to BunchUp (student records, fee data, attendance). Vareon IT does not claim ownership of your institutional data. You grant Vareon IT a limited licence to process and store this data solely to provide the Service.
7. Service Availability
We target 99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure (cloud providers, payment gateways, etc.).
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. You may export your data at any time from the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vareon IT's liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
